Abstract
The magnetic properties of Gd2CuO4, synthesized by ceramic and sol-gel methods, have been investigated by de and ac susceptibility measureme nts. Both static and dynamic properties have been found to depend on t he synthesis temperature for ceramic samples, and on the particle size for sol-gel ones. The role of structural and size effects on the obse rved changes is discussed.
