M. Mourer et al., CYTOCHEMICAL-LOCALIZATION OF ACID-PHOSPHA TASE-ACTIVITY IN HEBELOMA-CYLINDROSPORUM ISOLATED OR ASSOCIATED WITH PINUS-PINASTER, Acta botanica gallica, 141(4), 1994, pp. 503-506
The study about Hebeloma cylindrosporum's acid phosphatase activity ac
cording to the phosphorus content of the culture medium, has been real
ised by using a new staining:the lanthanum. Electron energy loss spect
roscopy (EELS) and electron spectroscopy imaging (ESI) have been used
to verify the presence of the stain. These technicals display a hetero
geneous acid phosphatase ativity on the plasmalemma. The phosphorus de
ficienced mycelium presents an excreted acid phosphatase activity only
in the storage section. Acid phosphatases are detected on the plasmal
emma, the tonoplast, the polyphosphate granules and the lipid globuls.
Whatever the phosphorus content it is, the walls are stainless.
