Abstract
A simple method for the determination of praziquantel clohexylcarbonyl -4-oxo-1,2,3,6,7,11b-hexahydro-4H- pyrazino [2,1-a]isoquinoline-4-one) in medicated fish feed, and sediment by HPLC, is presented. The calib ration curves were linear in the investigated areas, 0.5 - 5 mg/g praz iquantel for fish feed and 30 - 500 ng/g for sediment, and the recover y rates were 99 to 100%, respectively.
