Abstract
We suggest a method of reduction of mixed absolute and relative bounda ry conditions to pure ones. The case of the rank two tenser is studied in detail. For the four-dimensional disk the corresponding heat kerne l is expressed in terms of scalar heat kernels. The result for the sca ling behavior zeta(0) agrees with previous calculations.
