Abstract
A short review of technologies used in the production of spark ignitio n engine gasolines. The technologies are classified in two groups: a) the technologies used for the production of gasoline components, b) th e technologies used for quality improvement of gasoline components. Th e composition of gasolines, including the requirements on reformulated gasolines, is further discussed. The present state of Czech rafinerie s is also characterized.
