Abstract
We describe a 69-year-old woman with a Milwaukee shoulder syndrome in the presence of primary hyperparathyroidism. After removal of a parath yroid adenoma, effusion of the shoulder did not recur. We believe that primary hyperparathyroidism and Milwaukee shoulder can be causally re lated.
