Abstract
Finite-rank constraints for the right-derivatives of certain automorph isms solving the heat equation imply the Davey-Stewartson system. Solu tions comprising Wronskian and Grammian determinants are found and the real reductions for the Davey-Stewartson I and Davey-Stewartson II ar e considered.
