Abstract
We report a complete videothoracoscopic resection of a posterior media stinal tumor (neurilemmoma) in a 43-year-old man. The tumor was locate d in the right cupula of pleura and well demarcated. The tumor was mob ilized under videothoracoscopic guidance and extracted from the thorac ic cavity through a trocar site. The postoperative course was uneventf ul, and the postoperative pain could be reduced.
