Abstract
A case of outflow obstruction of a peritoneal dialysis catheter in a 1 2-year-old boy is presented. The cause of obstruction was identified a nd remedied by laparoscopic means. Laparoscopy has important diagnosti c and therapeutic roles in the evaluation of malfunctioning peritoneal dialysis catheters.
