To date, 29 patients with Gardner's syndrome have been identified who
developed carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater, and many others have been
identified with mesenteric fibromatosis (desmoid tumor), but there ha
ve been only four cases of Gardner's syndrome with both ampullary carc

is article focuses on the complications and major problems in manageme
nt resulting from the simultaneous occurrence of these two known featu
