Abstract
The gastrointestinal prokinetic drug, cisapride, is widely used for th e treatment of diabetic gastroparesis and disorders of gastrointestina l motility. We present a case of acquired QT prolongation, syncope, an d nonsustained ventricular tachycardia associated with high doses of c isapride.
