We report a case of chronic Sjogren's cerebritis complicated by bilate
ral superior cerebellar artery occlusion and diffuse subarachnoid hemo
rrhage. Although primary Sjogren's syndrome with chronic leptomeningea
l involvement has been well documented and a spectrum of central nervo
us system disease previously outlined, no case of intracranial subarac
hnoid hemorrhage with major intracranial vessel occlusion has been rep
orted.
