Abstract
A convenient method for analysing the information provided by blotting membranes is described. The membranes are first air dried at room tem perature, copied to transparency film and the intensity of the bands o n the transparency is determined by densitometry The results show a li near correlation between the amount of protein present and the final s canner response.
