Abstract
An individual with a ruptured congenital subvalvular aneurysm is prese nted. The anterior location in the mitral annulus compromised the inte rvalvular fibrosa shared by the aortic valve. Aortic and mitral valve replacement were required to obliterate the resulting fistula between the left ventricle and left atrium.
