Abstract
We have previously reported the coding sequence of the rat PAP II mRNA . We show in this paper the existence in rat pancreas of two forms of PAP II mRNA with identical coding sequence but a different 5'-untransl ated region. We demonstrate that this is the result of a differential splicing.
