S. Ambily et Cs. Menon, ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTIVITY STUDIES AND OPTICAL-ABSORPTION STUDIES IN COPPER PHTHALOCYANINE THIN-FILMS, Solid state communications, 94(6), 1995, pp. 485-487
The electrical conductivity and optical properties of copper phthalocy
anine thin films have been measured. Films used in the characterisatio
n studies are vacuum evaporated. Electrical measurements were done usi
ng a programmable Keithley electrometer model 617. The data has been a
nalysed to obtain the activation energy. The ultra-violet visible rang
e spectrum is analysed to obtain the transition energy gap.
