Abstract
PURPOSE/METHODS: Malignant transformation of retinoma to retinoblastom a associated with vitreous seeding has been reported in three patients , We examined two patients with retinomas associated with vitreous see ding who have been followed up for eight years and 33 years. RESULTS/C ONCLUSION: The lesions in both patients have remained stable without s igns of malignant transformation. Vitreous seeding alone does not sign ify malignant transformation of a retinoma.
