Abstract
Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) was carried out on a pati ent with histologically proven non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) of the centr al nervous system (CNS). The observation of the presence of a huge res onance in the region between 0.5-1.5 ppm and the absence of any other signals is not in agreement with those published for NHL in the litera ture but has a striking similarity to that reported for an intracrania l tuberculoma.
