Abstract
Ethical questions ask: What should be done? What is right behavior? Re al (but anonymous) situations which vendors have encountered and which may pose ethical problems are discussed. Through the presentation of a number of case studies, workshop participants explored a variety of issues relating to vendor-librarian encounters and attempted to unders tand more about ethical boundaries in these situations.
