Abstract
Several difluoroalkylpyrrolic compounds with different functional grou ps have been synthesized by the reaction of DAST ((diethylamino)sulfur trifluoride) with the corresponding N-H protected acylpyrroles in 68- 87% yields. It was found that N-H protection was necessary to make the reactions successful.
