Abstract
The synthesis of 4-(3-indolyl)-oxazol-2-one including two electrochemi cal pathways is described. This compound, possessing both indole and o xazol-2-one moieties is expected to be an efficient protein kinase C i nhibitor and to exhibit a vasorelaxant effect on smooth muscle.
