Abstract
The title compound was obtained during the crystal growth of two kappa -type superconductors, kappa-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu(CN)[N(CN)(2)] and kappa'- (BEDT-TTF)(2) Cu-2(CN)(3). This compound is a magnetic semiconductor, whose spin susceptibility is expressed by quadratic-layer Heisenberg a ntiferromagnet model (QLAF) between 32.6K and 220K. At 220K, a semicon ductor-semiconductor transition into a high conductivity phase was obs erved by transport measurements.
