We calculate the forms of omega and rho resonances produced in the rea
ctions pA --> VX --> e(+)e(-)X and <(p)over bar A> --> VX --> e(+)e(-)
X at rest. The mass distributions have two component structure which c
orresponds to the decay of resonance outside and inside nucleus. The l
atter component has the mass and width distorted by nuclear medium. We
investigate also the role of the final state interaction of decay pro
ducts in the reactions <(p)over bar A> --> rho X --> n(+)n(-)X and <(p
)over bar A> --> omega X --> pi(0) gamma X.
