Abstract
A two-component coupling-agent layer for copper with epoxy resin and p olyimide, produced by immersion of a copper plate in polybenzimidazole solution and then in 2-mercaptobenzimidazole solution, showed better anticorrosive performance and higher adhesive strength than each indiv idual component even at high temperature.
