An. Borminskiy et Pg. Kaplunov, NORMALIZATION OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF HETERODYNES FOR DIGITAL RADIO-COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS WITH MULTIPOSITION QUADRATURE AMPLITUDE-MODULATION, Telecommunications & radio engineering, 48(6), 1993, pp. 20-23
The noise immunity of quasicoherent receivers depends to a considerabl
e extent on the accuracy with which the reference-voltage setting syst
em (RVS) operates. One of the sources of phase jitter at the output of
the RVS loop is heterodyne noise. The problems involved in normalizin
g the noise characteristics of heterodynes for digital radio-communica
tions systems with phase modulation were considered in [1, 2], where t
heoretical relations were given for normalizing the noise characterist
ics of microwave heterodynes for high-speed digital radio communicatio
ns systems with multiposition quadrature amplitude modulation.
