Abstract
A case of an extrauterine Mullerian adenosarcoma of the pelvic periton eum is described, The patient, a 16-year-old girl, presented with abdo minal distension and pain. At laparotomy, a tumor was found originatin g from the left pelvic side wall, Light microscopic examination reveal ed a Mullerian adenosarcoma. Postoperatively she was treated with poly chemotherapy. Seventy months after initial presentation she is still f ree of tumor. (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
