Chiral HPLC methods were elaborated for enantiomeric separation of som
e 1-aza-bicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-en derivatives of pharmaceutical interest.
The aim was to separate (+) and (-) enantiomers of endo and exo isome
rs. Chiralcel OF column and the use of hexane/2-propanol mobile phases
containing diethyl amine proved to be suitable for chiral resolution.
The(+) and (-) enantiomers of the endo and exo structures were succes
sfully resolved.
