Abstract
The endemic Australian genus Millotia Cass. is revised. Sixteen specie s are recognised. Six species, M. dinorpha, M. eichleri, M. falcata, M . jacksonii, M. newbeyi and M. pilosa, and a new variety, M. tenuifoli a var. laevis, are described for the first time. Millotia depauperata Stapf is reinstated, being an earlier name for M. inopinata Schodde. M illotia greevesii F.Muell. is considered to contain three subspecies, i.e. subsp. greevesii, subsp. glandulosa (Schodde) P.S.Short and subsp . helmsii (F.Muell. and Tate) P.S.Short.
