Abstract
A new series of polynuclear coordination compounds of Cr(III), Cu(II) and Co(lI) with tartaric acid as precursors of chromites of type: NH4) (2)[Cr2CuTa4]. 4H(2)O and (NH4)(2)[Cr2CoTa4]. 4H(2)O have been studied . The compounds were characterized by chemical elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectra, magnetic measurements and thermal analysis.
