Abstract
The effect of synthesis and postgrowth treatment (by annealing at vari ous temperatures and partial oxygen pressures) conditions on structura l homogeneity of YBa2Cu3Ox single crystals has been studied. The obtai ning of single crystals with both high oxygen content and high critica l temperatures T-c has been optimized. The wide range of postgrowth tr eatment conditions proposed allows to receive single crystals with giv en oxygen content from 6.2 to 7.0.
