Involvement of the lacrimal sac with lymphocytic neoplasia is rare.(1, 2) There have been few reports of either lymphoma or leukemia involvin g this site. Lacrimal sac tumours classically present with tearing, a painless mass dacryocystitis.(2) We report two cases of nasolacrimal o bstruction secondary to neoplastic lymphocytic infiltrates in the regi on of the lacrimal sac. Both patients had a previous diagnosis of chro nic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and one had bilateral lacrimal sac inv olvement.
