Involvement of the lacrimal sac with lymphocytic neoplasia is rare.(1,
2) There have been few reports of either lymphoma or leukemia involvin
g this site. Lacrimal sac tumours classically present with tearing, a
painless mass dacryocystitis.(2) We report two cases of nasolacrimal o
bstruction secondary to neoplastic lymphocytic infiltrates in the regi
on of the lacrimal sac. Both patients had a previous diagnosis of chro
nic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and one had bilateral lacrimal sac inv
olvement.
