Abstract
The aim of the working group ''Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis '' is the operationalization of psychodynamically oriented clinical as sessment. The clinical information gleaned during the initial intervie w with the patient is described in a way which is close to the level o f observation. The classification system OPD-1 serves as a clinically relevant and process oriented tool for psychotherapists. The multidime nsional psychodynamically oriented approach is based on five axes: I, Experience with the illness and treatment preconditions; II, habituate d relationships of the patient; III, the intrapsychic conflicts of the patient; IV, The psychic structure of the patient; V, syndromatic, ac cording to chapter V (F) of ICD-10. The fifth axis is conzeptualized a s a linking tool to ICD-10. The first results of a multicenter study s how good results with regard to practicability and reliability of OPD- 1.
