Abstract
The thermal behavior of crosslinked gelatin and some of its graft copo lymers was assessed by TGA and DSC. The graft copolymers show marked i mprovement in thermal stability and could be easily compression moulde d, probably due to the plasticizing effects of the grafts on the pepti de backbone.
