S. Nakajima et al., ANOMALOUS MAGNETIC-PROPERTIES OF POLYCONDENSATE OF FUSED POLYNUCLEAR AROMATICS (COPNA) RESIN, Synthetic metals, 71(1-3), 1995, pp. 1817-1818
The magnetic properties of the titled resin prepared photochemically h
ave been studied with SQUID and ESR measurements. The changes observed
in susceptibility(chi) and temperature(T) do not follow Curie's law,
although the sample exhibits paramagnetism. The gap observed is remark
able in the 50-150K temperature region, and depends on heat-rates of t
he measurements. Moreover, this phenomenon is correlated to the presen
ce of oxygen.
