Abstract
The characteristics of matrix manufactured by K2O . 6TiO(2) for alkali ne fuel cell were studied. The powder and whisker of K2O . 6TiO(2) wer e synthesized by slow cooling calcination method, then PTFE-bonded mat rix and its mechanical properties were investigated. The matrix made b y the 1:2 of K2O . 6TiO(2) powder:whisker mixture showed 140% of wetta bility and high bubble pressure.
