Abstract
Amiodarone is commonly used in different arrhythmias (1), but causes a dverse effects in up to 55.3% of patients receiving this drug (2). Hep atotoxicity is a known but uncommon complication of amiodarone treatme nt (3-5). We report a fatal case of severe hepatic failure due to prol onged amiodarone treatment.
