Abstract
It is shown that the results of Zeeman's experiments with a glass bloc k moving at speed v relative to the Earth's surface should also depend on the Earth's speed V in the universe or with respect to a preferred frame S-p. The results received did not confirm the participation of speed V in those experiments. Therefore, these experiments also confir m that the Earth's surface is the preferred frame for the (radial) vel ocity of light. New experiments are proposed to test or rather reject special relativity.
