We report one case of extrapulmonary mycobacterial infection, in the a
bsence of HIV infection, singular by a clinical presentation simulatin
g a tumor, associating a bulky intrahepatic;mass, an abscess of the ps
oas, multiple intracerebral lesions, and an obstructive intracardiac m
ass of the right ventricle, which required a surgical resection. We co
mment the type of the mycobacterium involved and the hepatic and cardi
ac localisations, since macronodular hepatic abscesses are rare, and c
ardiac abcesses, exceptional.
