Abstract
The results of open study of effectiveness, tolerability and safety of Imovan in the treatment of insomnia In 48 patients with cardiac disea ses are presented. We concluded that Imovirn was effective in differen t types of insomnia. Imovan has pronounced hypnotic effect. Tolerabili ty of Imovan among our patients was higher than that of benzodiazepins .
