Abstract
The mathematical models of open-sea ecosystems are considered. The ana lysis of stability is performed; it is shown that stable points stay i n the region of positive values of biomass only when ecosystem paramet ers are under cirtain conditions. For some values of parameters the st able point turns unstable and then the limit cycle appears through the Hopf bifurcation. The biomass mean values dependence on the free para meters is obtained.
