Bh. Lavenda et J. Dunningdavies, ESSENCE OF THE 3RD LAW - THE DELINEATION OF 2 FORMS OF THERMODYNAMICS, Nuovo cimento della Societa italiana di fisica. B, Relativity, classical and statistical physics, 110(3), 1995, pp. 265-276
The third law is generalized to the effect that for systems in interna
l thermodynamic equilibrium, either the entropy tends to zero with the
temperature, implying a state of complete order, or the entropy tends
to its maximum value as the temperature increases without limit, indi
cating a state of complete disorder.
