Abstract
Endogenous auxin was found in the nuclear structures (nucleoplasm, chr omatin, and nuclear matrix) of the wheat seedlings using the immunoass ay developed by Kudoyarova et al. (1990). The content of endogenous nu clear auxin was shown to correlate with the physiological activity of growing organs and tissues of the seedlings.
