Ma. Ahmed et al., TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE DIELECTRIC-CONSTANT FOR THE COMPOUNDS (CH2)(8)(NH3)(2)MCL(4) (M=MN AND FE), Physica status solidi. a, Applied research, 148(1), 1995, pp. 321-328
The dielectric constant epsilon' as well as the dielectric loss tan de
lta on a pellet of powdered (CH2)(8)(NH3)(2)MCl(4) (M = Mn and Fe) are
measured as a function of temperature. epsilon' and tan delta reveal
more than one peak. One of these peaks is due to a structural phase tr
ansition and the others are due to order-disorder acid chain melting t
ransitions. Electronic, ionic, and rotational polarization are taken i
nto consideration.
