Bar-shaped resonators produced by cleaving from X-cut slices of SI-GaA
s excited to the fundamental longitudinal and transverse modes along {
011} directions are studied by a precise admittance analysis. Exact be
haviour according to the conventional equivalent network enables to ev
aluate the pertaining parameters of the network, elastic compliances a
nd piezoelectric coefficient at room temperature and at 80 K by means
of a fitting procedure.
