Abstract
The description of the eruption of radionuclides caused by the Chernob yl NPP Unit 4 Accident, including the effective time of the accident, quality and quantity of radiowaste, is presented. A particular attenti on is given to the spotty structure of Chernobyl's contamination. The assumption that the spots distribution may be a consequence of the tur bulent processes in the atmosphere is made.
