Abstract
A brief typology of internationalisms in the physical terminology is p roposed. In author's opinion, some terms should be subjected to ukrain ization, and the rest may be remained as internationalisms especially if there are no original ukrainian equivalents. The present typology s uggests the objective classification of all theoretically possible cas es of the international terminology not only for the Ukrainian but als o for other languages.
