Abstract
The transfer efficiency of three-level system in the field of partiall y intersecting pulses, when a frequency of the first pulse is close to a frequency of transition between empty levels, has been derived for Landau - Zener model. The results obtained are valid both in the case of two-photon resonance and in the case when two-photon resonance is n ot maintained.
