Abstract
Optical emission (OE) and an appearance of electric fields - tile elec trical activity (EA) - in a water-glycerol system during cooling with a rate of 1.067 K/s and healing of 1.1 K/s in the temperature range of 273 - 123 K in all concentration ranges were investigated. A correlat ion between OE intensity and EA was demonstrated. OE and EA intensitie s are higher at those concentrations, for which solutions vitrify. A q ualitative discussion of a correlation between observed phenomena and processes of thermic relaxation in solutions was carried out.
