Abstract
The spectrofluorimetric determination of trace amounts of imipramine w as carried out by liquid-liquid extraction using Erythrosine B with a flow injection system. The determination of imipramine in the range 0. 12-2.80 mu g ml(-1) was possible with a sampling frequency of 45 h(-1) . The method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of imipra mine in pharmaceutical preparations.
