Abstract
Fourteen patients with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) were st udied. The common clinical manifestations were recurrent sore throat, sinusitis, respiratory infections, diarrhea, and malnutrition. All had low IgG, with normal cell-mediated Immunity. Treatment with immunoglo bulin and/or plasma was effective In most of them. There were no sever e adverse events with the therapy.
